I have a MacBook I have not used in a couple of years. I could not get any charger to charge it. I called Tom & he asked me to bring it in. He plugged it in & BOOM it turned on & was charging. Went to Control Alt Delete with my Apple Macbook and brand New laptop.  Tom spent couple of hours to set my computers up.  Created new gmail for me.  cleaned some junk.  Tried to help on the phone.  But he said, he is not  phone guy.  I appreciate his attention and perseverance.  Very knowledgeable and friendly..  I highly recommend to all of you to go and have the guys take a look. My 13 years old laptop needed hard drive upgrade and load windows 10.  Brought it to Control Alt delete all the way from Wilbraham.  Met with Tom and he suggested to buy another laptop.  But I wanted to keep this laptop.  So he upgraded and install Windows 11.  The computer is working now.  He also setup everything for me.  I am 70+ years old. Outstanding professional services.  Never seen so quick to find the problem and the solution, price and time.  Very reasonable.  I was visiting Springfield, MA and I had trouble on my computer.  I tried to call two google listings, they dont ever have a location but shows location in Google.  Go figure.  The other business didnot even answer the call.  Finally I called Control Alt Delete, they answered.  I arrived in 15 minutes with my laptop.  A gentleman, Tom had me sit down and troubleshooted all problems in 45 minutes.  OMG.  I am blown away. Tom is the man, one hundred grand! I knew several people who had gone to him and always heard positive reviews, so when my fiancé’s MacBook Air’s screen stopped responding, we decided to come to CTR ALT DLT. I actually ended up getting my MacBook Pro fixed because his quote on her laptop was much better than surrounding offers we received. Not even 2 business days later both laptops work perfectly! Tom is such an amazing person! He fixed my PC when four other stores around me would not! He has fixed my issue that I have been having with my computer for over a year now and I am so thankful and grateful for him. He is my brand new IT guy and I will now be going to him for any future computer problems I have. And all for a very cheap price too! Tom and Stephanie are the best. From the start, the customer service was excellent. I tried an East Longmeadow competitor first but they could not hold a candle to the personal, friendly and flexible service Tom and Stephanie provided. Tom is a great guy. He focuses on teaching rather than charging money. I went for a strange sound my laptop’s fan is making. He took the lid off, taught me every part of my laptop’s hardware, made sure I memorized it, cleaned my laptop’s fan, educated me on how it works and didn’t charge me a single penny, except for the USB memory I decided to buy to back up my information. Tom was excellent.  He is the only one can helped me.  Google hung up on me.  HP Hung up on me.  Major computer store in Holyoke did not understand my problem.  Told me it is not their problem.  Called Control Alt Delete.  Tom said to bring it over.  I went right away.  They were busy with few clients.  Tom came and talked to me, sat down with my device and fixed it in 20 minutes.  I was blown away...impressive.  Cherry on top of the cake, he did not charge me a dime, because of I am a senior citizen.  But I offered him to pay for his time.  Thank  you guys.  I appreciate. Computer got hacked.  OMG...I first called Comcast because I have Comcast wifi.  They asked me to call ASAP to Tom @ control alt delete on Sumner Avenue.  I went over to Tom.  He looked at it and asked me to give him some time to see how bad it got.  I did that.  Tom called back and gave me the good news that he can fix it within couple of hours and before 5PM without any extra charge for express service.  My laptop works great now.  Thank you Tom. I was scammed and hacked last week. I called Tom and explained everything he told me to come right over. The minute I walked into the door he made me feel safe and not an idiot for having this happen to me. He explained in detail was he was going to do and the security he would install it calmed me right down he even gave me a hug when I left. He worked on it for a long time and called the next day to say it was ready even though he was closed. He was so reassuring and said I could call him any time. Super nice guy!!! I had some hair get stuck in my fans on my laptop and he was great help. I don’t have much knowledge on laptops, but when taking off the back of the laptop he explained to me the functions of things as well as why my issue happened the way it did. Most courteous and efficient service I’ve had! I walked in with a laptop that I just couldn’t turn on and was out in minutes with the issue resolved saving me the cost of buying a new laptop which would have paled in comparison to the machine I had invested in. My computer that I've owned a few years suddenly shut off and wouldn't stay on for more than 2min. As a real estate professional,  this was an emergency! I searched for local computer repair shops and Ctrl Alt Delete was the only one open (11am on a Wednesday). I stopped in and was greeted by Tom. He took the time to diagnose the problem and offered me a simple fix...at no charge! He also boosted it's performance and provided options to upgrade without buying a new computer. As someone who relies highly on my computer working, there is no one else I would trust than Control Alt Delete. If you are looking for someone who is extremely professional and knowledgable regarding all things computer repair, this is the place to go. You may wait days or weeks for a response from another large company or retailer, but I had my problems resolved (and then some) in a day and I couldn't be happier with the results. I recently had a severe issue with my Dell laptop...I called Tom, he told me to bring it in for service, and it was fixed the next day!  Tom explained everything he would do to fix my issue...I've been to other computer service centers but never received such prompt and thorough help!  I will definitely return. I brought in my wife’s and mine gaming PCs for some routine maintenance and upgrades.  Within a week, I had them back and both were running better than new. Tom was there from the moment I walked in with nothing but excellent advice, wonderful courteousness, and answered every question or concern I had with expert knowledge.  You cannot go wrong bringing any computer here for quality and attentive care. I refuse to bring my PC anywhere else and hope Control Alt Delete is around for many more years to come. I had my HP Pavilion x360 laptop repaired at Control Alt  Delete. I felt i got good service, the price was fair and turn around was quick.  Tom took the time to detail the problem and noted everything. My only problem with the service was i was provide with specific model or identification numbers for the motherboard and ribbon cable i broke. After reading so many positive reviews from everyone about this place, I decided to take my external hard drive that was broken to Tom. He advised me, explained the entire process, and gave me the reality of the cost should it need to be shipped to an outside lab. I do recommend Tom to anyone having laptop/hard drive problems. When my external hard drive stopped working, I brought it to another place first and was told that they cannot fix it. I then spoke with Tom at Ctrl-Alt-Del. He was extremely professional and said he would work hard to fix my hard drive. Ultimately, after a few weeks and many different attempts at recovering my hundreds of gigabytes of photos, videos, etc., his team was able to recover everything! Both my wife and I were extremely relieved. Tom went out of his way to take care of my issue and kept me posted every step of the way. The cause of me going to Ctrl alt delete was because my PS3 was overheating and it didn't want to read any discs that I placed in the console so I took it upon myself to search around on Google to find a place that repaired PS3 took it to Ctrl alt delete met Stephanie and she was bomb! I shared a morning cup of coffee with my laptop and while i enjoyed the coffee, my laptop did not. A small amount was spilled on the unit and was quickly wiped. Unfortunately, it caused it to stop working. I called Control Alt Delete and followed Tom's  instructions to allow it to dry. The next morning, it did not power up. I brought it into the shop and received a very friendly greeting and check in from Stephanie. Tom said he would check it and call me. Long story short, he was able to successfully move my hard drive to a reconditioned unit. I was most satisfied with the service and felt that this was an honest assessment and resolution. My laptop failed to charge when its plugged in and needed its battery replaced. I brought it to Tom who was very friendly and he ordered the exact  battery very quickly for me the same day. After that, Stephanie did a wonderful job replacing the battery. Now my laptop feels like new again without any annoying battery warning message and everything work as it should. Tom provides excellent service that is super fast and always exceeds my expectations! The prices are great and he works hard to complete the job to the customer's satisfaction. He has restored hard drives and removed files and treasured family photos from a few of my older desktops and laptops over the years that I thought were completely beyond repair. He recently removed all of the files from a burned out laptop and transferred them on to an external hard drive for me at an incredible price (a lot lower than I thought it would be)! Tom at Control-Alt-Delete is a computer genius! My Dell computer of 11 years finally bit the dust a few months ago and my cousin told me it would cost way to much to fix it and cheaper to get a new computer. I listened to my cousin and I had purchased a laptop to have an extra computer when my Dell did finally stop working. A few weeks ago I figured I would see just how much it would cost to fix my Dell with my income tax refund money. I did my search online and found Tom. I got a good feeling when I spoke to him on the phone and he told me to bring my computer down. I needed the memory increased to 4gb and a new hard drive of 1 gb and from Windows xp to Windows 7. Well Tom was able to do all of this! I was so happy to have my old computer brand new again! I can still have my CD/DVD drives in this computer too! If anyone has any computer issues bring it to Tom at Control-Alt-Delete!!!! He will fix it and for a great price too! I used the laptop repair service with Control Alt Delete, I found them most helpful in Western Mass, they offered me free health check, and they called me and quoted me the work, I called to authorised the repair, which they finished the same day, I found their service very good. We had some issues of our Network Computers and some high end HP printers.  We found this company on Google and spoke to Tom.  He came over and reviewed our entire network and printers.  Before end of the next day he submitted a very professional proposal.  It was very reasonable.  We were paying lot more with the IT company we had from Boston.  Tom send few of his guys and started working the following Saturday.  Everything is up and running by Tuesday.  We also signed a contract with Control Alt Delete.
